What You Get When You Call Us
If you’ve ever been hesitant to call for service because you don’t know what to expect, you should read this customer’s feedback in her own words on Angie’s List about a recent service call.
One of my lift cables on a garage door broke, so I needed a new one installed. Since it was on my “main” garage door that is attached to an automatic opener, and is a door that is used consistently and daily, I figured it was best to have a pro install the new cable rather than attempt a best-effort amateur DIY job.
I contacted the office, and scheduled a service visit. The office was very responsive, and gave me a detailed flat fee list for services I might need, plus what needed additional material or labor charges. It was refreshing to know approximately how much this was all going to cost.
Jeffrey [service technician] called before arriving. He arrived well within the window originally scheduled. He was polite, courteous and professional. He assessed the garage door, did not try to bamboozle me into buying more or unneeded services, and promptly installed the new cable. He also oiled and checked to make sure the automatic garage door opener was reattached and working properly.
Cost was completely in the price range given by the office. Payment was easy and no fuss.
Based on this service, I would definitely recommend this company to others and would definitely use them again.
