Quality of Service, Superior Technician
The Company recently received the following comments in an email from some very satisfied customers. It is always our goal to provide each customer with a quick, clean, complete experience and leave you pleased with the work our team has done. When we receive emails or reviews from customers, it helps us know if we’re hitting the mark and provides us an opportunity to let our employees know they were appreciated by the customers they have worked to serve. So thanks Paul and Sandy, for giving us a reason to share your experiences with our employees and other customers.
The purpose of this e-mail is to simply express our appreciation for the overall high quality of service that we received from each person we worked with at Overhead Door Company of Kansas City.
The experience began with our initial call for information, etc. and the fact that it was handled in a very professional and complete manner….bottom line, all of our questions and concerns were immediately addressed and answered. Unfortunately I don’t recall the name of the lady we worked with.
With the gentleman that came to our home, Tobin [technician], we could not be more complimentary. Tobin is a very respectful and knowledgeable person, and subsequent to his inspection and determination of the situation, he took an ample amount of time to thoroughly explain the problem and the necessary repairs. Thanks for your help.
